A family in Oakland suffered a tragic injury when their Uncle fell 3 stories and broke his back in 5 places leaving him a quadraplegic. Inside his curled up body was his 2 year old niece who walked away with nary a scratch. After seeing their story on the news and then seeing their request for diapers on freecycle, I got my mom's club, which has nothing to do with that other mom's club, to donate disposable diapers. I believe we got about 450 diapers and some wipes too.
